What you need for assembly
To mount your RockDock®, you will need the following tools:
- Torx T20
- Pencil
- Tape measure
- 8 mm masonry drill bit
- 4 mm metal drill bit
- Spirit level
- Drill

The RockDock® can be mounted on a wall or on a 70x70 mm post (not included). The wall plate provides for both mounting options, see marked points A and B.

Assembly overview
The RockDock® offers two mounting options:
- Wall mounting (marked points A)
- Post mounting (marked points B)

The shipping box contains a marking aid that allows you to easily transfer the drill points.

Wall Mounting – Step-by-step guide
1. Tear off the lid of the shipping box and place it level at the desired height.
2. Drill through the four fixing points A with a 4 mm drill bit.
3. For mounting on masonry:
- Drill the holes with an 8 mm masonry drill bit
- Insert the supplied plugs
- Screw the RockDock® tight with the Torx screws
4. For mounting on wood:
- Predrill the holes with a 4 mm wood drill bit
- Screw the RockDock® directly into place

Please note: once one of the fixing points has been drilled through, the product can no longer be returned.

Post Mounting – Step-by-step guide
1. Drill through the four fixing points B with a 4 mm drill bit.
2. Place a 70x70 mm post at least 40 cm into the ground, ensuring it protrudes 50 cm above ground.
3. Hold the RockDock® against the post and pre-drill the holes.
4. Screw the RockDock® tight with the supplied Torx screws.

Can I move the mounting later?
Yes, you can move the RockDock.
