Where do we deliver to?
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders with a value of €340.00 or more, shipping is free.
Our shipping locations
Netherlands: If ordered on a weekday before 3 PM, delivery in the Netherlands is on the next business day (provided the delivery service fulfills its agreement). For other European countries, please refer to the table below.
Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to precisely track when your new RockDock products will arrive.
Customs, duties & taxes
Deliveries within the EU are duty-free. For all countries outside the EU, the costs for import duties, taxes, and/or administration fees are borne by the customer. RockDock has no control over these and will not refund customers for such costs.

RockDock accepts no responsibility for any damage after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery after the order has left our warehouse or due to circumstances beyond our control.
