User Questions and Security

Is RockDock suitable for e-MTB, MTB, Gravel Bike, and Road Bike?

Yes, RockDock is suitable for e-MTBs, MTBs, gravel bikes, and road bikes. The system supports bicycles with a maximum weight of 28 kg, 27.5–29 inch wheels, and a tire width of 25–66 mm. Thanks to the wheel support, there is no contact with the frame, brake discs, or rims, preventing scratches and damage.

What is RockDock's biggest advantage over other systems?

RockDock™ is always there for you: a stable, space-saving stand that keeps your bike safely upright without lifting or hassle. It's an investment in convenience, style, security, and durability. It does not rust and is weather-resistant.

Is the RockDock safe?

Yes, provided it is correctly assembled and used according to the safety data sheet and assembly instructions.

Is RockDock suitable for road bikes?

Yes, RockDock is ideal for road bikes thanks to its no-frame-contact design.

Does RockDock also work with gravel bikes and mountain bikes?

Certainly. The stand is suitable for wide tires and heavy bikes.

Is RockDock sustainable?

RockDock is made entirely from 100% recycled Dutch plastic and is designed to be fully circular.

Can RockDock be left outside?

Yes, the material is weather-resistant and low-maintenance.

What if I use the product incorrectly?

RockDock will not be liable for damage or injury, and the warranty will be void.

How do I mount / attach RockDock?

Wall or pole mounting

RockDock™ is easy to mount on a wall, fence, or pole. With just a few screws, the system is secure and stable. On our website, you'll find clear step-by-step assembly instructions with photos and tips.

Wall mounting

Consult assembly drawing on assembly page:

a) Drill through the four mounting points A (see figure 2) from the rear with a 4 mm metal drill bit.
⚠️ (NOTE: If you have drilled through 1 of the 4 mounting points, you can no longer return the product).

b) Mounting on masonry:
· Drill holes A in the stone wall with an 8 mm masonry drill bit (see figure 3).
· Insert the four supplied plugs into the drilled holes.
· Secure the RockDock with the four supplied Torx screws (see figure 4).

c) Mounting on wooden surface:
· Predrill holes A in the wooden wall with a 4 mm wood drill bit.
· Secure the RockDock with the four supplied Torx screws (see figure 4).

Pole mounting

Consult assembly drawing on assembly page:

a) Drill through the four mounting points B (see image 5) from the rear with a 4 mm metal drill.
⚠️ (ATTENTION: if you have drilled through 1 of the 4 mounting points, you cannot return the product).
b) Place the post (70×70 mm, minimum 900 mm long) level (see image 6) at the location where you want to use the
RockDock. Ensure the post is at least 40 cm in the ground and protrudes 50 cm above the ground.
c) Mounting on post:
· Drill holes B into the post holder with a 4 mm metal drill (see image 7).
· Attach the RockDock with the four supplied Torx screws (see image 8).

How is an order placed?

An order placed through the webshop is final once you have completed the order process and received a confirmation by e-mail. By ordering a RockDock, you agree to RockDock's general terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cookie policy.

Are all offers non-binding?

Yes, offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.

What if there is an error in the price or description?

Obvious errors or typos in the offer are not binding.

Can I place a reorder under the same conditions?

No, previous offers do not automatically apply to reorders.
